Dylan and Jessica is a decade old love story. They met each other playing sports which is not Jessica’s strong point. But her smile and sexy long legs left Dylan hooked from then on. Their love kept growing on the Gold Coast inside his green corolla or at Sushi train and they finally made it officially at Cowbell Creek in front of their family and friends. As with all the best stories, theirs is also filled with ups and downs. And one of those, was the passing of Dylan’s best mate and future best man. A very hot start to a very hot year! After a pretty strange 2020, everyone was looking forward to a new fresh beginning. So 2021 couldn't have started better! And who says DIY weddings, with ceremony in your parents backyard can't look awesome? It was my first wedding in Goondiwindi, and although the drive is long and the days are hot, it was so worth it to be part of Thomas and Abbey's wedding day! This young couple have been through very happy but also sad times, but they stayed together and strong. It's so obvious they were meant to be together! They were high school lovers who knew there would be a long journey but were so willing to put in the hard yards, stay loyal and wait till the right time would come.

And as they waited, their love for each other blossomed into what they have now!

It was a picture perfect day and after a year of unknowns and restrictions it was so great to see all their family and friends gathered to celebrate and witness the commitment they made to each other. Their love for each other and even more so God shone through each moment!

From the cutest page boy and flower girls, a God centred ceremony, heart felt speeches, an emotional father/whole family daughter dance, delicious ice cream to dancing the night away...

Mitch and Nicola have known each other for a while. In fact, they went to high school together and although Nicola was forever in love with Mitch, he had her in the friendzone. But true love would prevailed!

They had a surprise wedding planned for March 2020 but COVID does what COVID does and it was postponed for later in the year.

They picked the beautiful land of the Gold Coast Farm House and DIY the heck out of that wedding! What a beautiful venue it was!

Buu + Carla Wedding Video at Spicers Tamarind Retreat, Sunshine Coast

The first time Buu laid eyes on Carla, he could barely sleep for a while. He was taken away by her beauty and her fierce love for Jesus. Carla knew Buu was special. A man full of faith that pursues God with all he has.

From the moment I met them I was beyond thrilled to be their wedding videographer! Their love for God, for each other and commitment to their families.

Carla and Buu did a phenomenal job planning their dream wedding where all the details weren't overlooked. It was the first time for me filming at Spicers Tamarind Retreat, on the Sunshine Coast and I was beyond impressed with the venue's elegance and beauty. A stop at One Tree Hill for couple's portraits was probably the cherry on top of the cake. Sunset was upon us and we all drank of it while letting Buu and Carla enjoy their first few moments as husband and wife.

Will + Kirvana Wedding Video at Hillstone St. Lucia, Brisbane

Who says you can’t meet your wife-to-be when you go out drinking with your buddies on a work night?

Ask Will...he will tell you all about it! On one of those nights, through mutual friends he met Kirvana and the two of them hit it right off! Not long after Will was moving in with Kirvana bringing only his plastic box of clothes.

Despite all the craziness of 2020 they were still able to pull off an astonishing wedding at the beautiful Hillstone St. Lucia Brisbane.

These two love birds tied the knot at the new venue Risanare Retreat on Tamborine Mountain. It was also a new venue for me, but we all know we found a gem of a place where all the details were accounted for. The sun was bright but the afternoon light was soft and spectacular. And don't even get me started on the lavender fields.

Will + Mikiele Wedding Video at Yandina Station

After months of no weddings because of "you-know-what" I had the privilege to be part of Will and Mikiele's wedding day! Their original plans had to be changed but that didn't stop everyone from having such a memorable day.

However, it didn't start in the most peaceful way. On my way to film their preparations, I got a call saying all gathering of 30+ people had to be cancelled and that meant I would possibly had to miss out on their home-made reception. Will and Mikiele were hanging on and trying to stay positive. It took a while, but fortunately the government later on announced that wedding were an exception so all could go ahead as planned.

Their day was filled with laughter and tears! Started with preparations at Marochydoore, ceremony at Yandina Station and reception at her parents house in Buderim.

Curtis + Samara Wedding Video at Hervey Bay

Samara and Curtis might be a young couple but they have that "old" type of love that is way beyond their years! Ever since Curtis met Samara, it's fair to say that he was hooked! As his mates put it: "he talks about her ALL the time! Every five seconds I hear the name Samara". Young love grew stronger and stronger and it was finally made official in Hervey Bay with ceremony at Fishermen's Park and reception at Reefworld Aquarium. His best man concluded the night speeches with: "It's a sad day for all the men in the world because Samara is finally married, but for women is just another normal day"

What a way to kick off 2020! Summer days on the Gold Coast are notoriously hot and humid but after a couple of very wet weeks we were all hoping we would be spare on that day.
And what a day it was!
Summergrove was as beautiful as it could be. All green and ready to host Zach and Zoe's very special day!
These two love birds met during formal...when Zoe was partnering with Zach's best friend and best man! Couple of years later they saw each other again and that's when it all started! They have been inseparable ever since!

Adam and Donna have been inseparable since they first laid eyes on each other! They love waking up next to each other and sharing life together. What they vowed to each other had already been said and demonstrated countless of times.
Noosa is for sure one of my favorite parts of Australia! The headlands, the beaches, the relaxed summer vibes, the modern but classy style. So there really couldn't be a better place for Adam and Donna to tie the knot!

Jackson + Emilie Wedding Video in Brisbane

Emilie and Jackson lived all their lives 2 kms away from each other, but only bumped at each other when they worked at the same cinemas. Don't know if it was the dim lights, the movie stars or the smell of popcorn but from then on they hit the ground running and became totally inseparable! They have seen the world together and now have a new world ahead of them They decided to tie the knot at his parents property, at Camp Mountain, on the north side of Brisbane. If my parents owned a place like I would have done the same! From getting married near a little lake, to stacks of hay, to secret romantic spots in the woods and to cows roaming around but ending up in everyone's plates...a marvelous place and an unforgettable day!
